Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

The Leash Your Fitness team ROCKS!! They raised over $2200. for the Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell 5k!  It was a very festive morning…..     The rain stopped just in time and we even got a double rainbow over our group photo! The Leash Your Fitness 5th annual holiday party was so much fun! East County 5k

East County 5k

Another fun 5k was had by all! This one was in East County and it sure was pretty!!  Our Leash Your Fitness team did the warm up and led the 5k for the Jingle Paws Walk at the Cuyamaca College Water Conservation Garden.  I have to say that this one was of our prettier and more interesting 5k’s and great for the walkers as they really got to enjoy all of the beautiful plant life PLUS we got to sit next to Santa Clause!
