Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

It is summer and therefore, we have been spending a lot of time in the water lately.  If you have not incorporated water into your workout AND your dogs workout, you are missing out. Swimming is one of the best exercises that you can do. Our Trail Dogs team recently did a Ragnar 24 hour trail race.  When running multiple times throughout the day, you need to refuel, right?  So we made some of our favorite snacks to do just that!  Of course one of them were the yummy no bake chocolate/ coconut cookies and the other was our new favorite, these granola muffins!
