Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Traveling with an iSUP

Recently Mommy and I got to go on a 10 1/2 week RV trip!  We  traveled to 25 states across the country on Jacks Journey USA.     The purpose of the journey was to inspire other people to do fun and active things with their dog.   The ISLE iSUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) was a huge part of the trip. A lot of people know how to do step ups but how about step downs? In todays Move It Monday we are going to try the step downs.  They are a GREAT butt and balance exercise.
