Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Jack’s Adventures continue!  We never have a dull weekend, that is for sure!  Last weekend, the Leash Your Fitness family joined us for a Dog Yoga class on the beautiful Mission Bay followed by a bonfire! A few weeks ago our Move It Monday was step downs, now it is time to step up!! Step ups are a great butt exercise plus they will help your balance and cardio! You can do these on any bench, or secure raised surface. Sometimes you can find steps in a playground or use a picnic table bench.
