Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Ragnar Trail Relay

Ragnar Trail Relay

On October 10th and 11th a group of 8 Leash Your Fitness runners participated in the Vail Lake Ragnar Trail Relay – over 24 hours of running 3 trails each, totaling 116 miles!  This race is a physical, mental, and emotional challenge.  But our runners trained hard and conquered it!  With a team name crediting our favorite training partners, the Trail Dogs ran an unforgettable race!
