Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Do you believe all of the marketing hype that you see and hear?   For instance,  do you honestly think that Jennifer Aniston uses Aveeno and that is why she looks like this?        As for food, the “fruit” bars that have delicious looking fruit filling “Made with Real Fruit”…..     Look at the ingredients and decide for yourself….     What I see is a bunch of ingredients that your body does not need like:  soybean / canola oil, sugar, dextrose, fructose, natural and artificial color. LYF 2016 Year in Review

On October 17th, the same day as Jack got diagnosed with a mass on his brain, his brother Nutty got diagnosed via an ultrasound,  with a mass  on his spleen.  His mommy took him to the vet because he was suddenly showing signs of no energy and acting very listless.  After discussing options with her vet and friends, she made the decision to have a splenectomy on October 25th.  It was determined that the mass was indeed a Hemangiosarcoma and it had already metastasized to his liver so that mass was removed as well.  After 2 days of observation at […]
