Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Wow!! Today was so much fun!! Everyone knows that I LOVE to swim and mommy and I LOVE to encourage other pups to swim because it is so good for you!! Every year Leash Your Fitness hosts a FREE swim paw-ty at Markim Pet Resort after our Sunday bootcamp class so everyone can come and swim with me!  Mommy gets in the pool and helps the dogs that are a bit afraid.
