We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

We LOVE spending Valentines Day with our furry friends.  At Leash Your Fitness, we had a jam packed weekend of fun and active ways to wear off the box of chocolates. It all started Saturday morning with 25 dogs on a hike / run that started at the West Sycamore Canyon Trailhead.  We had something for every fitness level!  A 4 mile hike that had beautiful views of the canyon below.  A 5 mile hike that had a challenging climb toward the end.  A 6 mile trail run that included all of the above plus a cool section with lots of beautiful trees.  It was a very hot morning […]
