Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Healthy Sugar Free Cookies

These cookies are so yummy and very healthy and super easy to make!  You don’t have to do anything exact and they still come out fine!   Ingredients: 1.5 cups of Oats 2 -3 super ripe bananas 1 cup of canned pumpkin or unsweetened applesauce (or you can do 1/2 and 1/2) Handful of raisins, craisins or chocolate chips Mix everything together and put in little globs on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes ENJOY and you don’t even have to feel guilty!

This past weekend I got to take part in the Women In The Pet Industry‘s (WIPN) yearly conference.  It was a really fun weekend of learning, connecting and growing! Jack and I met so many inspiring women with various pet businesses!
